Psychological Capital sebagai Prediktor Subjective Well-Being pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas
Abstrak
Subjective well-being merupakan evaluasi individu terhadap kualitas kehidupannya yang mencakup kepuasan hidup, afek positif, dan afek negatif. Tingkat subjective well-being yang baik berperan penting dalam membantu siswa menghadapi berbagai tuntutan akademik selama menempuh pendidikan di sekolah menengah atas. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang diperkirakan berkontribusi terhadap subjective well-being adalah psychological capital yang terdiri atas hope, self-efficacy, resilience, dan optimism. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychological capital terhadap subjective well-being pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1.128 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 346 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Psychological Capital Questionnaire yang terdiri atas 24 aitem (CFI = 0,920; TLI = 0,910; SRMR = 0,0450; RMSEA = 0,0615; ω = 0,948) dan skala Subjective Well-Being sebanyak 20 aitem (CFI = 0,974; TLI = 0,970; SRMR = 0,0332; RMSEA = 0,0431; ω = 0,955). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi logistik ordinal dengan bantuan Jamovi 2.3.28 dan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap subjective well-being siswa. Semakin tinggi psychological capital yang dimiliki siswa, semakin tinggi pula subjective well-being yang dirasakan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital merupakan sumber daya psikologis yang penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif siswa dalam menghadapi tuntutan akademik.
