The demands of modern information technology exist in virtually every aspect of life, particularly education. Documentation and archiving activities relevant to the preparation of report cards that were originally handwritten in both early and higher institutions, had shifted to digital. However, the transition phase is not without certain challenges, as experienced by the Nurussa'adah Islamic Kindergarten (TK) teachers. Therefore, the objective of this study is to provide a detailed training on the preparation of student report card templates using Microsoft Word application. Based on this study, teachers were able to comprehend the concept of file management in Microsoft Word and the process of filling student report cards, according to the samples of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
