Abstrak

Criminal acts of child exploitation are acts that have violated and deprived the rights of children that should be obtained. The act of exploitation of children both economically and sexually with the intention to benefit himself is a complex act and cause further problems. In this case a judge in deciding cases of criminal acts of child exploitation has been in accordance with the principle of child protection. In addition, the judge has also considered legal evidence according to the law and other legislation regulating the child and there is correlation with the crime of exploitation of the child in imposing sanction on the accused of the criminal act of child exploitation.
