Adopsi, Implementasi, dan Integrasi Teknologi dalam Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi untuk Smart Campus

Abstrak

Transformasi menuju smart campus bukan lagi sebuah pilihan, melainkan kebutuhan mendesak bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia untuk bertahan dan unggul di era digital. Implementasi teknologi dalam tridarma perguruan tinggi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, mutu pendidikan, dan daya saing global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji adopsi, implementasi, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pelaksanaan tridarma di perguruan tinggi Indonesia dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya model ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang terdiri dari komponen-komponen utama: infrastruktur teknologi yang kuat (internet dan Wi-Fi kampus); perangkat keras dan lunak, seperti, LMS, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan; dan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran digital. Komponen lain yang mendukung ekosistem ini mencakup konten digital, evaluasi berbasis data, kebijakan institusional seperti teknologi hijau, interoperabilitas sistem, dan alat komunikasi digital. Tantangan utama dalam implementasi adalah literasi digital yang belum merata, keterbatasan pendanaan, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Namun, melalui strategi pelatihan rutin, penguatan kebijakan, dan manajemen perubahan yang inklusif, smart campus di Indonesia berpotensi menjadi strategi kunci untuk menciptakan pendidikan tinggi yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing global.
