Impact of Spiritual and Social Competence Development on Teachers’ Professional Performance

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kompetensi spiritual, kompetensi sosial, dan kinerja profesional guru serta menguji kontribusi kompetensi spiritual dan sosial terhadap kinerja profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei terhadap 120 guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan tingkat masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki tingkat kompetensi spiritual dan kompetensi sosial yang tinggi, yang secara positif mendukung kinerja profesional mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kinerja profesional tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan pedagogik, tetapi juga oleh dimensi internal berupa nilai, makna, dan integritas serta dimensi relasional berupa komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan kerangka kompetensi multidimensional dalam pendidikan dengan menempatkan kompetensi spiritual dan sosial sebagai faktor strategis dalam pengembangan profesional guru. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang integratif, berbasis karakter dan kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
