Peran Intervensi Psikoedukasi dalam Meningkatkan Empathic Concern pada Remaja Awal: Systematic Literature Review
Abstrak
Empathic concern merupakan komponen afektif empati yang berperan penting dalam perkembangan sosial dan emosional remaja. Fenomena penurunan empathic concern pada remaja telah menjadi perhatian global, ditandai oleh melemahnya kepedulian emosional generasi muda terhadap orang lain dalam berbagai konteks sosial. Di Indonesia, tingginya permasalahan relasional di kalangan remaja mengindikasikan lemahnya kompetensi sosial-emosional, termasuk rendahnya kapasitas empathic concern pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis mengenai peran intervensi psikoedukasi dalam meningkatkan empathic concern pada siswa remaja awal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran tiga database elektronik dengan rentang tahun 2015”“2025, menghasilkan 14 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan narrative synthesis untuk mengelompokkan dan mensintesis temuan berdasarkan karakteristik intervensi psikoedukasi, populasi, dan hasil yang diukur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar intervensi psikoedukasi berperan dalam meningkatkan empathic concern siswa, dengan metode partisipatif seperti permainan peran, diskusi reflektif, dan simulasi sosial memberikan hasil lebih optimal dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional. Intervensi psikoedukasi yang dirancang secara partisipatif, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan merupakan pendekatan yang berpotensi memperkuat empathic concern siswa dalam konteks pendidikan.
