Quality assurance in education is a strategic aspect in improving the performance and competitiveness of educational institutions, particularly Muhammadiyah schools which are characterized by strong Islamic and organizational values. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Muhammadiyah school quality assurance system and to formulate an integrated quality assurance model based on school leadership, educational services, and Ismubaristic values. This research employed an evaluative approach using descriptive quantitative methods supported by qualitative data. The research subject was a Muhammadiyah elementary school assessed using the Muhammadiyah School Quality Assurance Instrument developed by the Majelis Dikdasmen and PNF of Muhammadiyah Central Board, consisting of 35 indicators with a maximum score of 140. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using scoring techniques, quality categorization, and interpretative analysis. The results indicate that the school’s quality assurance level falls into the good category with a tendency toward independence, supported by disciplined school leadership, adequate educational services, and the integration of Ismubaristic values into school culture. This study proposes an integrated quality assurance model that combines managerial dimensions with the values of Progressive Islam as a distinctive characteristic of Muhammadiyah schools. The findings have implications for strengthening quality assurance policies and practices in Muhammadiyah schools on a sustainable basis.
